The Challenge

Integral Security Group received a last-minute request from the Pullman Hotel in Albert Park, part of the Accor Group. Their regular security provider had failed to deliver adequate staff for a major evening event, withdrawing without notice and leaving key positions uncovered.

The event had already commenced its final preparations when the shortfall was identified, placing the hotel at risk of reputational damage and potential operational failure. High-profile guests and VIP attendees were expected, and the demographic mix posed additional challenges in terms of crowd control and site management.

Our Solution

We responded quickly and transparently, advising the client that while we could not guarantee our highest-tier personnel on such short notice, we would deploy trained, licensed and competent guards. Our director personally oversaw the deployment, conducting a site inspection and coordinating with hotel management to finalise all requirements. We overstaffed deliberately, including an additional guard in anticipation of potential risks.

Our internal team worked closely with Pullman’s event planners to ensure full situational coverage, with key access points and guest areas strategically manned.

The Result

The event ran without incident, and our professional, well-presented staff filled all critical gaps. The client expressed strong appreciation for our responsiveness, proactive planning and on-site engagement. Following this successful intervention, Pullman Hotel engaged Integral Security Group for ongoing night security services.
